Why does every new AI conversation

feel like starting over?

You’ve told AI what you do and who you help. You’ve explained your offer. You’ve asked for a warmer tone, then a less enthusiastic tone, then something that sounds like a person you’d actually recognize.

Somewhere in those conversations, you got a version you liked.

Now you need something new. Where did you put it?

Back into the chats you go.

Your useful work deserves a better home

When your approved information is scattered, every new task can turn into a hunt. Was that the current service description? Where’s the story you wanted to use? Didn’t you already fix that phrase?

It’s frustrating to ask for help and end up briefing AI on your business all over again.

Your expertise is already there. The opportunity is to gather the useful pieces, make them easier to find and learn how to put them to work.

Build Your Brilliance Bank with me

I’m Dotty Scott, and I’ll show you the vault folder approach I use with AI in my own business.

Your Brilliance Bank is an organized home for your business knowledge: the facts you want used, the examples that sound like you and the useful work you want to keep.

You’ll start small enough to use it for a real task during the workshop. Then you’ll practice saving a correction and finding it again in a fresh conversation.

Imagine opening your next task knowing where your current offer and writing examples live. You can direct AI to those references, review the draft and save what you want to carry forward.

You remain the person who knows your business and decides what’s right.

Your Brilliance Bank: organized business knowledge, voice, offers and useful work

First you’ll see it. Then you’ll do it.

Hour 1: Watch and learn how your Brilliance Bank works

Hour one: See how your Brilliance Bank works

See how the business information you gathered before class fits into your Brilliance Bank. I’ll walk you through the setup skill and participant guide, then demonstrate how AI searches your bank and uses your knowledge, voice and offers for a real business task. You’ll also learn how to use that same knowledge across AI tools, so switching tools doesn’t mean rebuilding your business information from scratch.

Hour 2: Build your own Brilliance Bank using your business, voice and offers

Hour two: Build your own Brilliance Bank

You’ll install a skill that builds your Brilliance Bank on your own computer, then add the business information you prepared before class. Together, we’ll use your Brilliance Bank to create a social post based on your business knowledge, offers and voice.

Your Brilliance Bank. More consistent help from AI.

Build a Brilliance Bank you can use across AI tools, so AI can find your business knowledge, follow your voice, and build on what you’ve already created.

  • A starter bank you know how to reopen, so useful business information has a place you can find.

  • Your current facts, audience and offer, so you can point AI toward the right material for the task.

  • Voice guidance and real writing examples, so you can show what sounds like you.

  • One social post, created using your Brilliance Bank and based on your business knowledge, offers and voice.

  • A routine for using and updating the bank, so you know what to do after class.

Arrive with working account and folder access and your prepared materials to take part in the hands-on build.

“Please don’t give me another system to keep up with.”

Fair concern.

The setup skill builds your Brilliance Bank on your computer. You’ll add the business information you prepared before class, then put it to work creating a social post.

You don’t have to organize your entire business at once. Start with your business knowledge, voice and offers, and add useful information as you go.

As your business changes, update those details in your Brilliance Bank so the AI tools you use can work from the same current information.

Keep the Good Stuff: use it, improve it and save it through small updates as you work

Your $97 gives you the workshop

and the materials to revisit it

Your Workshop Toolkit: setup skill, prep worksheet, participant guide and workshop replay

Two hours live with Dotty: One hour of explanation and demonstration, followed by one hour to do the process on your own computer.

Standalone preparation worksheet: Gather your business details, voice examples and starting task before class, without needing a portal course.

Participant guide: Follow the explanations, steps and practice prompts during class and afterward.

Workshop replay: Every participant receives it, so you can pause, repeat and revisit the process.

$97 one-time. Any required AI subscription is separate. No membership is required.

Before you decide

Is this for someone who’s brand new to AI?

This workshop is designed for business owners who have already used AI and want a more organized way to work with their information. You’ll need a laptop or desktop and working ChatGPT/Codex access to a local folder before class. No coding is required.

What do I need to prepare?

You’ll receive a pre-class preparation document explaining what to have ready before the workshop. It will guide you through completing the business-and-brand worksheet, choosing two or three examples of your writing, and gathering the information for a social post. Use business information you have permission to use, and follow the document’s guidance about sensitive material.

Why pay instead of following a free tutorial?

You can learn through free resources. This workshop gives you a scheduled time to see the process with Dotty and apply it to your own business, with a preparation worksheet, participant guide and replay. Choose it if that guided structure is what will help you get started.

Will this work with my existing system, and will AI remember it automatically?

You can adapt an existing folder system while preserving your files. You’ll learn to point AI to the relevant references and test retrieval. The bank doesn’t remove the need to provide direction or check what AI produces.

What happens if I can’t attend or my setup isn’t ready?

All participants receive a replay. If local folder access isn’t working, you can observe the demonstration, but hands-on completion requires a working setup. All sales are final. No refunds. Your Zoom link will be sent through the workshop email sequence.

Bring the knowledge. Let’s give it a home you can use.

Your business facts. Your voice. Your good examples. The corrections you want to keep.

Bring those pieces to Build Your Brilliance Bank, and take the next step with the process in front of you and time set aside to do it.
